image Hallelujah In the city began in 2009 when Pastor Noel Jean Yves started an online prayer and Bible study. With a strong emphasis on teaching God’s Word, the ministry has grown to minister a variety of outreaches and ministries.

After a few years of careful planning and preparation, it is about to go from being a merger ministry with limited ability to support its local community to a reality of true help and refuge for all. Hallelujah In The City is a Christ-centered Church that empowers people to live transfomed lives, restores families, and bring hope to communities - both now and for eternity.

We sustain and develop church leaders, pastors, and our local churches to live their faith in exciting new ways. We believe in a God that is still speaking, a God that is all-loving.

Hallelujah In The City exists to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel, making disciples, and living out the truth of Jesus Christ through word and action. We are committed to transforming lives and families by offering both spiritual and natural resources, fostering a community of worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and evangelism. We are relentless in our call to prepare people for this life and eternal life.
